Because we don’t sell care — we build relationships. The consultation is how we decide, together, whether we’re the right fit. No obligation, no pressure.
Do you accept local authority or NHS funding?
We’re a private home care service. Some families use direct payments or continuing healthcare funding — we’re happy to work with either.
What if I need to reduce or pause visits?
You can adjust or pause with a week’s notice. Care should be earned visit by visit — not locked in for a year.
