I can honestly say you guys are wonderful and you all go above and beyond to make sure I am looked after. I look forward to the carers coming in the morning and going to the shop for my breakfast as I am not able to get it myself. Unique Homecare have improved my quality of life. I feel a lot happier since I've had my carers coming to help me. They brighten up my day and make sure I have everything I need. All my carers are wonderful and cheerful. The office are approachable and always available if I need anything. I love Unique and everyone that works there. Unique took over my wife's care package in September and the standard of care she has received is much better. I think she has improved massively since the carers from Unique have been coming. They communicate with her and I can trust them completely. I am satisfied with the visit times. Unique are very reliable. Having regular carers is very important for my wife due to her dementia and she really likes them all. The office staff try their best to accommodate.

Michelle was highlighted as mentor by Skills for Care, from first contact Michelle was polite, kind, courteous, importantly never came across as busy despite my frequent contacts. She devised a mentoring program, guiding our service through the various hurdles. She’s an experienced individual who shares her knowledge, experience, with others in the care sector. A unique individual who shows real interest in people she comes in contact with on every occasion. Michelle and Unique Home Care Team have supported our service with CQC regulations information, training, invaluable support during Covid-19.
